National Marine Consultants, Inc. is totally committed to understanding and meeting the quality needs and expectations of all of our customers. The Quality and Zero Tolerance Program has the absolute support of National Marine Consultants, Inc.’s corporate management team. The Quality Assurance Manager is responsible for managing the Quality Program, and has full authority to take all the necessary actions to ensure its implementation.
We at National Marine Consultants, Inc. affirm this commitment, and have established a comprehensive Quality Assurance Program which will allow our company to meet all of the requirements of the ISO 9001 quality assurance standards. Our inspection services, their precision and accuracy, the care with which they are conducted and their acceptances by our customers are the reasons by which National Marine Consultants, Inc has gained an enviable reputation. Our professional technical service and quality leadership roles are our number one priorities and every member of our staff shares the responsibility of maintaining and improving our present status.
As part of the Zero Tolerance Policy, no Quality or Quantity determination will be published unless traceable to a documented measurement, or professional judgment within industry standards.
Any employee contravening this policy and or engaging in criminal activity will be subject to disciplinary action, including instant dismissal and will be reported to the appropriate authorities.
